For labels

Label profiles are free to all users--a label profile gets all the benefits of an artist profile plus some more! See the How To on label accounts to get started.

Your roster

Showcase your artists

Showcase the entire roster of artists on your profile page, in the order you choose. Each artist keeps their own page; your label page brings them together.

Bring artists on board

There's more than one way to build a roster.

Invite an artist who's already on Mirlo and they'll get an email asking them to join — it takes both of you agreeing, so nobody ends up on a roster they didn't opt into. If the artist isn't on Mirlo yet, you can create their page yourself and get their music up now; they can claim it with their own account later. Artists you already manage under your own account can be added to the roster directly.

Let artists find you

Make your label searchable and artists can come to you, sending a request to join your roster instead of waiting for an invitation.

Managing artists

Decide who can do what

You can manage artist accounts you add as well as artists from other users who give you permission to manage their artists.

Permissions aren't all-or-nothing. An artist can let you add releases to their page without handing over the rest of their account, or give you full management of it. Artists also choose whether your label is shown on their page.

Work across your whole roster

Your management area gathers your roster's work in one place: published releases and the ones still in progress, so you can see what's ready to go out and what's still waiting on someone.

Payments

Choose who gets paid

The label feature people ask for most: for each release and each merch item, you decide whether the money goes to the label's payment account or straight to the artist's.

That means you can carry the payment setup for artists who don't have their own, and hand it back whenever the artist is ready. If an artist on your roster hasn't set up payments yet, Mirlo points them to you.

Sales and orders across the label

Sales for every artist you manage land in one place, filterable down to a single artist when you need it, with the platform and payment processor cuts broken out and a spreadsheet export for your accounting.

Merch orders work the same way — one queue for the whole roster, so shipping day is one job rather than one job per artist.

Your label page

Brand it

Your label page is an artist page, so everything on the artist features page applies: custom colors and backgrounds, renamed and reordered tabs, announcements, links, and posts that go out to your subscribers.

Embed your catalog

Put your roster on your own website with a label embed, alongside the individual track and release embeds.
